BIOPOLIS, S.L. offers customized design and development of production processes according to customer needs. At our facilities we set-up, develop and improve the processing steps. To provide both real scale-up potential as well as flexibility, our fermentation capacities range from 3 ml bench-top bioreactors to 3000 litre industrial fermenters with intermediate sizes, with a total fermentation capacity of 9000 litres. We can also freeze-dry and spray-dry at industrial scale.
